Tojiro knives are “stamped” knives (imagine a cookie cutter on a sheet of VG10 metal) like most mass-produced knives, but many of the other parts of production including finishing, are done by hand. Tojiro knives are great performing 'work horses' featuring blades made from high quality VG10 steel and stainless-steel cladding that is sharpened to a razor-sharp edge. The Western style handles are crafted from recycled timber product.
