DESCRIPTION
Hitohira ひとひら Imojiya ST Tsuchime Damascus
This knife has a VG10 steel Damascus cladding.
VG10 is a one of the best stainless steels used by the Japanese craftsmen.
The core and cladding are both very corrosion resistant able to withstand almost all types of kitchens and jobs required.
This knife has a beautiful Tsuchime (hammered) finish to the knife.
The handle is Pakka & Pakka Ferrule.

This is a great Japanese starter knife. Cutting performance that wont break the bank.
This knife is stainless steel and a little softer (RHC) than some Japanese knives making it more forgiving and durable.
